Incorporating different colors and/or shades of colors into your published Adsense ads can hugely benefit your click through rate (CTR) or hugely hinder them. Colors are very important and they will make or break your empire. Certain colors carry emotions like the color red supposedly increases your heart rate and will either make you feel romantic or generate a little hate while also being mostly used to attract “alarming” attention.
Let’s take font colors as an example. Most of the gurus stress colors that blend with your site. However, a lighter shade color can actually be more beneficial depending on your site and target audience. This will require various testing which works to benefit your over all campaign used to generate income. Now the same can be said about background color. Do you blend your ad in or subtly accentuate it or go risky and blatantly call attention to it?
So through careful and well documented research and testing you can go past your sticking point in Adsense and generate additional income.
